MiniMachina — is a set of small mostly serverside mutators, aimed at fixing different bugs of the game and adding new features as for both server administrators and players. A mutator — is an actor in Unreal engine based games, designed to modify smaller aspects of the game. The main advantage of MiniMachina is compatibility with almost all available mods and gametypes. MiniMachina is usually abbreviated MM. Please, don't confuse it with other Deus Ex mods like MiniMTL, MainMans City or even Minty's Mod.
- AntiTK — prevents teamkilling by two ways.
- AdvBan — allows banning even those with dynamic IPs.
- Cleaner — wipes out lockpicks and
multitools in 0aug games.
- Dominator — adds 3 "control points" to the default levels, allowing for Unreal Tournament style Dominator matches.
- Explosive — makes all TNT crates on all
maps reappearable and adds more TNT crates on five standard maps +
BigFlyingParty-2.
- GameChanger — changing the gamemode of the
server without restarting. [Missing File]
- ImTyping — shows up a speech bubble above
the heads of any players typing, so people know when they're about to
type-kill someone.
- PlayerStats — saves some information about
players.
- ShowMessage — allows admins to place a
message on everyone's screen.
- Skins — allows players to change the textures of their models.
- Switcher — allows admins to switch the
team of a player.
- TempBan — allows banning temporarily, for a certain amount of matches.
- UserControl — allows admins to execute
commands on player's side.
- UserInterface — allows players to browse
the server lists from different masterservers.
Hints
- Do not try to enable the mutators via a "Mutators" window in the game, unless installation guide requires so. Enabling may cause "infinite recursion" general protection fault error.
- The mutators which don't require ServerPackages= to be added in DeusEx.ini don't require being downloaded to user's computer, thus not causing lag.
- The majority of MiniMachina mutators should react on command
mutate mutatorname.version —where mutatorname is the name of a mutator. It should show the the version of the mutator and authors.
- All the mutators were tested with DXMTL and we don't guarantee that they will work without it.
- The source code of some mutators was obfuscated by ModProtectionTool. However you may request it on the Forum.
