Hmm... I personally like My Chemical Romance. But I don't choose the bands I like on their appearances or their background/personality. I only like the music the band makes/sings, not the band itself.

Flame me if you will, but I like some of MCR's song. And I think their new song is pretty good.

i dont listen radio i dont watch mtv, so tbh i wasnt so sure about emo music or "emocore", so i desided to watch MCR black parade vid.

Well it definitely was very emo-tional.

When the vid was on for 5 seconds i already felt like screaming emoooo. I mean, it was so bloooody weeeepy... that it was unbelievable :/. I felt ill watching it, tbh. Im sure some people must like it, 2400 people or so had clicked favourite on it, not to mention the views..

Partly it reminded me of A-HAs song where the singer is in a body bag.. when I wasnt exactly fond of that song, avoided it, then this one was far more overwhelming, but not in a good way.

And this is the emo-tion i got from the track, and from the band. Obviously Ill stay very quiet about the genre itself but i hope other bands wont be so corny..
