Now according to this sentence, Batch didn't use a proxy. I need to know the exact time when it got hacked. I have the times, msn logs, dxmp.net raw logs, Batch's IP, Batch and Majin's msn convo too. But as u know, Shadowrunner is not an internet expert. I have come here in the hope that I can pass these logs to someone, experienced who can see where/when the exploit was issued.

Why should [A] care?

Today two adults stole the passwords of many children in the DX community. One of these children's e-mail account was invaded and the adults planned to use information they discovered to cause extreme distress and mental trauma to that child. The evidence is in the other log, that admins have removed from this thread.

In other words, choose where u stand. To sit and watch adults playing sick games with children's privacy, or quit bitchin [A] and Hitman for a sec and realize the situation has changed. Both [A] and Hitman are needed atm.

I'm fast losing respect for people who think there is entertainment in what has happened today. It's bad enough stealing passwords from other adults, but to be stealing children's personal details and then using that information AGAINST the child, they still think that's funny? If this commuity becomes entirely lawless, don't think the law wont be enforced upon those feeding these crimes.

Whatever you think about DejaVu is fine, but he isnt the only person who has attacked servers in this community. In fact another person who attacked MMCity came from this clan. And [EL] clan too have been responsible for the loss of at least another 2 servers, of which one has been restored.

I'm asking you for the last time, to come to your senses and help restore this community to a positive and healthy attitude, which is safe for children too. That starts with getting rid of Batch/Patch PERMANENTLY.

Besides helping me pinpoint the time/location of exploit in the logs, can u please collect any links to topics in ALL community forums which relate to discussion about todays events, just msn them to me, or send the links to the factory http://www.dxfactory.freeforums.org.

I informed Dejavu that Batch had his password.. He replied with the words "So what"..... It kinda made me a bit suspisious that he wouldn't care about his account being hacked.. if it was hacked.

Suspicious of what? I do think yesterday, he was overly confident. Dunno about your experience of him, but I find he likes to maintain air of authority in the face of panic and deny any fuck-up on his part, not the only person in DX to be like that. I don't think he cares much for any aspect of DX since he got a gf...

edit: the thing that really made me suspicious of Deja was when he suddenly caved in to hints and said to me "What would do you think would happen if I start hosting 32 player 0-augs?" that blew me out of the water. I had been doing my best to prove 0-aug is not the issue and that 0-aug will be forever in demand, but never expected he would actually host.

Personally I don't know what it is, But if my source is correct, this is the cause of all the problems.... I'm also told, he's possibly hacking this forum..... Since I don't know much about this stuff, maybe somebody who does, can look into it. Might be able to use this against those buttwipes

Perhaps the nub is using rainbow tables to decrypt the hashes.

Dunno.. But i'm wondering if there's a way to stop them from doing it.

I've did what had to be done: banned Batch & changed passwords of those, who are registered on dxmp.net and dxalpha too.

Thats enough for now I guess, however we need to find out what exactly has happened. If Satanic's source is right, we've already got the problem and we can start and solve it. Is it possible to make some kind of anti-hack program?

You can't retrieve a password from an MD5 hash such as this.

You can't retrieve a password from an MD5 hash such as this.

Wrong. If the used password is 5 characters or less, it's very easy to check by means of an online database which keeps track of Pass&Hash pairs.

If your pass would be like F5467jHoIrj however, it's most likely not in an online db, as that amount of characters, would take ages to store in a db (all possible combinations with 11 characters, and keep in mind that lower case or higher case does change the hash as well.)

I just changed Dejavu's password and deleted everything the 'so called hacker' posted on the site and also unbanned hitman. Not sure if the real dejavu banned you, but well see.

If it is not a bother, Sheek-Louch and Shadowrunner want to know this plz Vodunloas...Somebody made Sheek-Louch and Shadowrunner admin, while everyone else was banned and porn was on the site. Was that you or Batch or Deja?

I'm starting to like the fact that I was too old for dxmp.net's board to be registered... I never had a password.

I don't even think I have an account on the dxmp.net thing.. In fact they got mine about a week before that convo log popped up.

How would they "Get" people's passwords if you weren't registered there?

Perhaps he signed up to that "majin-fanclub" forum or whatever it was -_-

I sent out PM's to people I spoke to about not registering there, plus there were topics saying don't! :/

It must been Batch, anyways only Deja and me are set as admin now and no one is banned.

The password hashes are md5 and can easily be broken.

There used to be a program called "Cain" that could brute force and dictionary attack against the hash. It worked really fast. I bet that's what they are doing.
