I mean, what the hell? First time playing DX again in, at least 5 months, then i
get killed a few times, then i oddly get a 30 kill streak, and then some noob teamkills me because i "stole his lam".... It was Zero Aug for christ sake.



And don't get me started on how noobish Hitman is in-game. I mean, i fucking went to kill him, and he used a turret, in zero aug >_< So i pwn him with a sniper several times, then he says "Xposed: For Aimbot NOOB!".... I MEAN WTF?

Rofl. A noob on any game is usually someone who speaks in Leet Speak all the fucking time (which is one helluva pain in the ass), they deliberately try to fuck people off as much as humanly possible (unless it's a bot, which is worse), they don't know the rules of the game/server and if you know what you're doing is fine, and they say you're a noob for it (like killing them in some particular way) usually defines them as a noob.

One thing people do, is think that a "noob" or "n00b" is the same as a "newbie." While instead, they're two different people altogether.

Noob/n00b: Some annoying little fagass who won't shut his goddamn mouth even though you and everyone else on the server know you're right. Also someone who is just plain annoying.

Newbie: Someone who is genuinely new to the game. They ask for help, etc etc. Sure, most of 'em type in an incoherent language, but not nearly as bad as n00bs do. And at least they die fair and square and most aren't fucking team-killers...

DX has always been like that. Some people always teamkill for bogus reasons and some people keep accusing others, simply as they think they're the best.

Actually, a "Noob" is a experienced player who is acting/playing like a new player or "Newbie" which is why I hate the insult, because half the time if you kill someone and they say "Noob" that means you are acting like a new player because you killed the? *Breath*

LOL noobs are in all games. I just ignore them.

1. I sucked at it

My active DX playing has dropped out lately.

Mainly due to being stressed, but also because of the n00b population. The only reason I go on these days is boredom, to meet with friends, or have my ego stroked on the DX-ST server, because of my mods.

Yeah, but in DX there's just too many Noobs. I was once a noob, but meh. That was over 2 years ago. Some of you may still think i'm a noob, but that isn't what the topic is about, it is about Noobs who populate 80% of the DXMP community =/

I don't consider the noobs who randomly hit servers to be a part of the DXMP Community tbh

It was not standard 0augs if it had a LAM. And because it had a lam, stealing it is no less important than in augs. In fact it is more important, because it is almost certainly means 1-5 kills, as you cant outrun the properly thrown LAM. if you stole my LAM, I wouldve either teamkilled you, if i was really pissed, or damaged you properly in a short accurate burst. But most likely I wouldve simply switched and chased you around the map with the lam and sniper.

Again, standard 0augs does not have turrents, no real reason for removing them as the problem is not the same as with LAMs. Skilled 0augers however seemed to have decided against using that.

So getting killed by turret is perfectly normal, and tactical. Should've used an EMP or hacked the 'puter.

If its 0Augs with Lams, then its ... 0augs with LAMs... you cant deny players from using weapons at their disposal.

Stealing usually means YOU were there first, YOU were lockpicking it first, and HE suddenly grabs it.

Usually it all comes down to who started to pick the lock first, and nothing else. If you started it first, your lam, he can fuck off. If he killed you over taking what belonged to you, report to admin, or spend the next maps teamkilling him and owning him at that. Or simply switch and own him in legit way.

I could expose the hell out of hitman. He's using the name Phantom.. luckily for me, he's not very bright, so I have some lovely pics taken from the Z forum.... which prove once and for all that he was that guy.. I just have to remember who it was that told me that a while back.

Some players play just for fun, some play to compete, some play just for the enjoyment of pissing everyone off. That's how it has always been and will continue.

No, you misunderstand. I didn't steal his lam. I killed a guy, far away from him, picked his carcass up and got 1 LAM. Then a little bit later, he comes up to me and teamkills me for stealing his lam >_<

So you did steal his LAM. Oh Klop, you scoundrel.

Newbs They are my friends
1.free med givers.
2.good distractions for enemy resistance
3.good streak makers
4.admirerers

I even prefer them over npc
for example
:you run into a room full of Grays and the door closes behind you high dense
Dying instantly by radiation.

now if these grays were newbs you stand atleast 80% procent chance of surviving it..
if they arent experienced players acting like newby beginners... Since in fact a newb is someone who complains a lot does unthinkable idiotic things in my point of view

For example:

i was playing in cmd and like four people were just talking around a tnt crate....Wich was fine but they were only flaming to other about a team killing incident... all i did was shoot the crate wich gave me a hole hardship of insults about how blind i was not seeing they were typing
