Recently I was banned for "insulting" someone. I use that term very loosely in this situation. The fact is, I have ADD and I can't really help that. My parents try to punish me but I just take more ritalin. So shove a pickle in your corncob you donk ponkey. I beleive people should take the internet much less seriously. If you are insecure enough to be cut down by some stranger's ridiculous, uncouth insults you should just pack up your shit and GTFO!!! BLUAGH!

My brother has ADHD, hes a fucking wanker and he got beat up to fuck when he was a kid when he was naughty because he just didn't stop.

I suppose it's like tourettes syndrome? Mind over matter. If you are strong willed you can overcome it. If not, you get the shit beat out of you/abused.

Ours has an extra letter... we call it ADHD. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

I myself am a "sufferer" of ADHD. I generally believe those around me tend to suffer more, but there ya go.

It's not a hugely thrilling thing to have to deal with. No matter how hard you try you can't concentrate, can't calm down easily when ya get worked up, hate authority/rejection/humiliation/being told what to do.... to the point of total rebellion.

I have to admit it does make for a very useful excuse, but it is unethical to blame ADD/ADHD for purposeful bad behaviour. Unless it's something which ends up being funny for all parties involved. Then, and ONLY then, can you revel in the look on the offended's face!

If anyone wants to know about a "proper" illness which ruins humour in all its forms.... try reading about Asberger's Syndrome. Then you'll know how I feel (it's ok! you can insult me online! I have a personality! Just... well... it explains why I spend so much time online... can't read people's expression/tone/don't get sarcasm/can't interact well with people in the corporeal sense). I only have it mild tho. But it does whoop ADD's ass, to be fair.
