What is the solution to the grubby-problem that you see suitable?

Let me explain the situation:

the named player complains after every kill almost with no exceptions (unless he feels like throwing a "gs" in there somewhere, which is generally rare).

he complains and complains and complains and has done so for years.

I dont know how it is with you, those that still p l a y the game, but that just pisses me off big time.

If you kill him: it is either 1) lag (regardless if its usa or euro server, really) 2) you "sprayed" 3) you "camped" 4) you have no skill in general

but if you really own his ass off itll simply be that

5) you aimbot.

He is very active player playing daily on the popular servers. He aliases almost always but youll ALWAYS know its him by his constant and neverstopping moaning.

Suggestions?

I see two options that would personally satisfy me: 1) ban the fucker or give a warning that can be backed up with temporary ban 2) simple add-on mod that mutes the IP (and works with the nowadays mandatory mods)
What do you think?

Id prefer keeping a challenging enemy and getting rid of the moaning.

Same applies to [R2K]Fear/Killzone who seems to talk as much sense as sovietgunpoint and yet keeps that grubby-attitude.

Killzone is one arrogant son of a bitch whose only comebacks relate to your nationality.

At times the only thing he can manage to call me is "yank."

Quite funny, I just played Grubby. I shot him while he was running away (Yes, really!) and then he said:
"wtf"
I ask: "What?"
Him: "3 people sprayed my legs"

Really, sprayed his legs =/ I don't really like that uhh... sentence. Anyways, I asked Magickilla if he can't do anything because Grubby is acting like an arrogant prick.

so ye , ppl several ppl came to me to complain about grubby, uhh i cant just kick him as i am not the first leader,what i can do is slap the leader and tell him to kick him , but grubby is a nice guy but he do complains allot in game...

I was running towards the spawnroom at carpark and i run and ii run, suddently grubby appears and i headshot him, he replied with. OMG U NOOB CAMPER, how can i camp if i was running towards his spawn?

Also he says 'im in the navy'

US navy must become childish as they always let grubby be on msn , 'im at work' is the most reply i get on msn from him..

In response to Grubby's complaint: Out of game he's really cool. One of my closest friends. Dunno how he is in game, but some ppl are very competitive, Half of you people in this post are guilty of such thing at one time or another.

In response to the posts about Killzone: Don't like him much on MSN, I would probably hate him more in game.

I killed grubby with assault crouching, so he complained about crouching...
So I killed him with assault standing, he complained about spraying...
So I killed him with a headshot 30.06, he said nothing...
So I killed him with a sawn-off, he said nothing...

I enjoyed it more the fact he said nothing, I knew he was ownt...
