Because Alpha is an old clan now. And forums that have stayed up as long as this one, and have managed to cater for the active side of community without _as much_ repressing and flame wars, tend to have a large community.

If you look at it closely you may notice that the number of active posters may be twice or less than that compared to forums such as M3 (used to be)/RTK/ and whatever forums mastakilla has spammed up.

Fact is Alpha has always had questionable reputation, at least in those 4 years Ive played. There are certain reasons for that and not every member of this clan deserves it. But, Alpha is a proud clan and in the end of the day thats what matters the most.
