How can you not know what /b/ is? It's shit in a can. That's what it is in a nutshell lol. And I don't think /b/ would be the only place to find Pedo bear. Hell, I'd never heard of it until I saw Protocol complaining about it.

You've the wrong impression of 4chan. /b/ is random indeed, but the other boards of 4chan are not so random, they do contain decent content too.

Not all of the place is bad, just its main board is.
