When you see these commercial dieting gimmicks with stuff saying like "zero calories!" or "less calories per serve", do you honestly believe that nonsense?

When did calories become a bad thing? Calories are a unit of energy. No calories = no energy from the food. So why do marketing campaigns use this and stupid people continuously fall for it, thinking that calories are the main source of fat and health problems?

I honestly don't know, I think most weight gain doesn't come from overeating or lack of regular cardio exercise (read: weight gain, not weight loss), but people sitting on their butt.

They probably market it because it's easier to reduce and keep the same product. Really it's a catch 22 because to lose the weight you need the calories but to get the calories you must eat. One could argue it's advertising to common ignorance.

I don't care for calories. I eat loads of sugary foods, loads of fatty foods and loads of foods with high calories in them. And I look like this:

I'm not really. Anonymity gets the better of me (even though I disclose more info about me than some would, those who don't use social networks anyway...).

I'm just some what hyperactive and cruel, I'm also called an asshole one too many times (I am not unsure if it's still a joke or if it's true but meh, whatever).

Back to the topic at hand: What do YOU eat that would make a dietician kill themselves. Myself, I just eat a lot of junk food. Mostly products with sugar in it but also foods high in fat and sodium.
