When you see these commercial dieting gimmicks with stuff saying like "zero calories!" or "less calories per serve", do you honestly believe that nonsense?
When did calories become a bad thing? Calories are a unit of energy. No calories = no energy from the food. So why do marketing campaigns use this and stupid people continuously fall for it, thinking that calories are the main source of fat and health problems?
