Why do you think Iran will target the UK, James? It seems like a pretty unique target and I haven't seen any problems diplomatically between the two countries.

He was not speaking directly about the country itself but about the government. I think he literally meant "Israel", the label on the country, instead of the land.

I know, but we'd most likely be allied with USA and another potential ally through Australia if a full scale war with nuclear arms threats are undertaken by if the arms are not used or not Iran. We're the easiest valuable target to bomb and we'd instantly be out of a war crippled if we get blasted Hiroshima Japan style. If they manage that they're going to make life easier on their home front but maybe make a few more enemies on the way.

Also note the unlikely comment I said, all countries worth a damn including Iran should know that there's no point in instigating a world war or nuclear attack because the consequences and lack of rewards aren't worth it. Attacking with nuclear weapons during a war is another story.

They should care, the backlash from the world wide Muslim, Christian and Jewish community would be out raged if Isreal got nuked by Iran. It'll cause them more damage than anything because people would use religion as an excuse world wide to attack Iran in one concentrated effort. Muslims however will not be bothered by a simple attack and conquest, to NUKE it is different.
