I've finally started to notice just how disgusting politics, especially in the USA is... Propaganda all over the interwebs and I imagine it's the same on the streets. Demonizing other candidates and such... So much shit about everyone gets put out there it's impossible to see who is actually a good candidate. Well, actually it's probably not that hard, it's none...

A five year old girl knows more about the mechanics of a car than the average voter knows about the mechanics of government. I believe you would need to dedicate a huge amount of time educating yourself while sorting out the truth from the mountains of misinformation out there to make a decent decision. I will not vote because I know I'm ignorant about politics.

I think the republicans would have had a chance if again they'd actually nominated someone likeable. Dunno, pretty confident Obama will get it again unless Romney makes a lot of changes in the next few months - he still has all those non-disclosed tax details or whatever it was hanging over him at the very least.

Well.. My first option would've been Ron paul, but as hes not the option, I'd perhaps go with Obama for a second term.

It surprises me that Europeans are this knowledgeable about American politics. Most Americans couldn't even name a current foreign president/minister.

I don't get why there are so many republicans in the USA or even why that party exists. Their ideals are so wrong in my opinion, and every republican candidate looks like a rich bigot who wants to create his own army and conquer the world to create his own empire.

What's wrong with USA

Obama by far. Romney is a twat.

Obama has done nothing but help the economy. Of course there are going to be pitfalls here and there; but no way in hell can anyone expect to restore the US in four years. He's doing a great job.

I really do feel bad about Ron Paul; but we've evolved past the constitution in it's basic form to be okay with a complete liberal society.

Well that's foreign policy for Romney sorted: sever ties to all countries.

Spain thing was probably due to a comment he made in the first debate, pretty much slandered its entire economy

Obama for shizzle even though I disagree with Keynesian policy of just injecting borrowed money into the economy.

I guess it's that or cuts...

The problem with Romney was he represented ideals that society can longer go back to. He was also out of touch with society since he lived in an "Ivory Tower" and could not relate with the very same people he supposedly was trying to help.

The other issue is that of fixing the debt that has accumulated due to the U.S. overextending its reach in terms of social, civil, and economic power over the rest of the world.

Reduced spending and fixing the tax loopholes ( tax havens/breaks ) for the majority of Fortune500 companies that are based out of the States may provide some reduction, but it will come down to the lawmakers and what is passed today.
