Fake Tits

Postby synthetic » Wed Sep 04, 13 12:14 pm

Now, I could've written breast implants, but that wouldn't be as fun, would it?

There are men that prefer them, and there are men that consider it a necessary improvement. There also seems to be some kind of trend in UK (described recently, no doubt it exists in other countries in similar manner) where families consider augmenting their female offspring asap, collecting necessary funds for it and perhaps ranking it as a higher priority than education.

Then there is the potential ethical dilemma of how to view such improvements (no pun intended), and how necessary they are. Indeed, some of the recipients are breast cancer survivors. And vast majority always states the same: it is good because they feel better about themselves.

One could let them do whatever they want, but if you are put in a position where the tits are in your immediate view and reach, it becomes a discussable topic.

I consider them prostheses, and view the recipients with silent, supportive contempt. That, by definition, is what they are.
Personal preference? No, I don't like them, any size. If tits were plastic, I'd damn well like some consistency in the entire body make-up, complete with artificial albeit autonomous personality.
But, it makes me rant. It makes me rant if families, men, peer pressure encourages crippling oneself, handicapping oneself. A woman with plastic breasts is handicapped in my opinion, and while I won't treat such a person any worse, I'd damn well hope they had a good reason for it.
Breast cancer and accident victims? I understand 100% and naturally am in favour. People notice if something is *missing*, and will react subconsciously even if they are very nice people in general; having something missing that other people have deals a terrible blow to self-esteem. Age of augments in the shape of porn and bedroom action. Imagine that. Even the marines receive their augments after unlucky service, so I guess the civilian sector beat the war funding for once in terms of extremely personal technological progress.

Honestly, I don't care either way. I never really took the time to have an in-depth analysis on the morality and philosophical ramifications of plastic surgery (any, not just breast implants). I am neither for nor against them, and my personal taste in breast size is irrelevant to breast implants (since some get them smaller and others go for larger).

My grandmother went through breast cancer and so it was her choice to get fake tits, but even so, if someone wants to go and get fake tits because of other reasons (which would still be related to aesthetics anyway) then who am I to stop them?

I already learned a while ago that the entire world is vain, and we're not vain in some "unique" way, either. We all want to look good; feel good. What that entails and how we go about it might differ but the simple act of being vain is, in my opinion, an inherent human trait. Though I don't find it shallow to be vain either. We should be proud in how we look and in what we do, regardless if we spent thousands to look this way (some will spend more on clothing and other accessories, let alone plastic surgery).

Either way, the act of getting plastic inserted into any part of your body is your choice and not mine. Done right people will never know, but done wrong, too much or too often and it becomes such a blatant eye-sore that it does make me question what compelled them (usually addiction or extreme self-esteem issues).

Granted, I say all this never been in a relationship with someone who has had fake tits (or rather, never knowing if they had), so had I been in one and known perhaps I would have a different opinion but, honestly, I feel the argument could be made that, in general, the average person wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless the differences are extreme (and, of course, in some cases they are).

Unless we are talking about very small sizes, they tend to ignore laws of physics in ways that is hard to unsee.

Also, slightly relevant, mostly amusing:

Barely existent or always there. Two sides of the extreme are what make them obvious (or a cancer obvious, in the case of the former), and neither look good to me.

Personal opinion, of course.

I always found massive breasts, even naturals, to be grotesque and fatty. I personally prefer subtlety, and find those that desire blatant sexuality in women have childish taste that go for cartoonish proportions in their breasts and asses but smallness of waist and stomach.

To me, the natural consistency of a thick or thin, busty/bodacious or petite figures are more feminine and tasteful.

There's no jiggle. There's no soft supple tenderness. It's tight wadded silicon. Ew

With Rec there. Although, massive and oversized looking fatty may have something to do with that they largely constitute of fat. :P But, you know that, sentence just looked funny.

I think women want men's attention more than large breasts, and the success of other females (or media promotion of) that have been equipped with certain calibre guns leads to feeling inferior. Sexappeal, important for both genders. We want to get ripped as well, or at the very least mind the beer belly.

Sex in itself is a curious topic. Imagine what we consider a healthy sex life, without birth control measures. Those very same measures could be in time applied to bug and human carried diseases, meaning we could be having sex in a way depicted in Naked Gun

Image

Hinting that birth control is unnatural, and yet without it we'd suffer a blow to a lifestyle we're happy with. I consider it a problem to which I myself don't have a good answer to. It is possible, though, that bearing children will become increasingly difficult for human species, due to pollution, unhealthy lifestyles, and a number of other contributing issues. That may pose as a potential solution, and yet represent another problem. Go figure.

Tits have always been just the side show to me, don't care if they're fake or natural; large or small.

In some cases it 'just' gets fucked up. Recently there was this news piece about some 'merican corner beauty pro who injected cement and some glue or other nasty shit into her 'patients'. IIRC she also injected herself with that stuff, making it all the more fascinating case.

Well, when you inject cement into yourself, shit is going to get really fucking nasty. That's just fucked up.

Plenty of perkiness and poking eyes out, to go around :)

Too bad the human body doesn't like cement. She should've closed it in plastic.

Even in supposedly high standards plastic surgery some people get cut wrong or become infected, in spite of their vision of how marvellous it all was supposed to look.

The whole squirrel-face deal comes close. I'm sure it was all a good plan, but as a male I don't find such squirrels attractive.

Any type of surgery is risky, in the end.

I wear glasses. I prefer how I look with glasses but have always thought about laser eye surgery so I'm not reliant on them (but would likely continue wearing them for aesthetic purposes). I'm not, however, a fan of a giant laser frying my corneas.

It's a small risk, but it's a risk. Had I the money I'd take it anyway.

Haha, it isn't exactly like that. I'm considering laser eye as well.

I love sunglasses too much, and I don't want to go back to contacts, OR pay exuberant prices for prescription lenses that only have a limited frame selection.

The frames are probably my biggest issue outside the price, but I'm not that picky, and I've spent over 75% of my life with the things so I've grown used to how I look.

Contacts are fucking painful.

Here's a sidebar

We all love Uma Thurman right? (YES YOU DO)

So she Zellweggerred. Do we still love her? And furthermore, is she even still human?
