Alright, my damn PS2 that I've had for about 25 months or so got destroyed as of today. I was coming home, tripped on the cord, it fell down from about 7 feet. It split in half, I could see the technology inside and shit. This just makes me utterly pissed. Now I have a lot of issues here to deal with, I'm just really stressed right now, and if I somehow snap or flame at you for no apparent reason, just ignore me, I'm just really pissed atm.

You can buy a new one for about £50.

Get a slimline, more reliable, harder to break, comes with sunbed accessory.

Slimline PS2's are just ment to be not over heatable. And more compact but they cost double a normal which is at least £100.

As long as the door stays shut klop, then slimlines ARE harder to break, trust me, ive tripped up on the controller cable and the ps2 hit the floor and ditto with the slimline

PS2 now only plays ps1 games, but scratches them

Slimline still works fine

The only cons are that the slimline gives off ALOT of heat and they can be quite noisy.

I have a PS2 (not slimline) And im pissed off witht he new tech for slim and not for normal. You cant get anything for normal thats not preowned anymore, not even multitaps
