ok a couple q&a's

If you can't connect to that:
You press "Start"(left under)
You go to "Run"
You enter "cmd" to execute.
In cmd, you type "ipconfig"

It will show the following information
Ip Adress:
Subnet Mask:
Default Gateway:

So if http://192.168.2.1 fails, you just go to http://your-default-gateway-here

Ok, when you did reach your router, it will ask you to login.
The default username/password are different per router, but the following is worth trying:
Username: admin
Password: 1234

Just use a proxy port server instead. Also, cmd is a control thingy, plus it's cmd.exe not cmd.

Firstly - For a text based sig, its size is a bit silly.

Secondly - If you WANT to know, go to start -> Run -> Type CMD

That wasnt so hard was it?

If this isn't it, you will have to ask your parents/look in the help file of your router.

If you're in your router configuration, you need to go to "NAT".
If there is no such thing as "NAT" just find "Port Forwarding".
If there is such thing as "NAT" click in that menu on "Port Forwarding
