My dad eats nothing but meat/fry-up, and I'm expected to eat that poison aswell. IMO, Veggies + Fruit + Cheese sandwidches(Yum...) + Iron suppliments = Win.
Except, i'm the only one in my house who eats it, and ironically, I'm a skeleton figure, while my parents are quite the opposite...

Good way to get out of this problem is to say, "I know there is but would you really fly to Africa to give them this? If I don't eat it they can have it,"
I say it all the time. Got me off of some really bad meals.
