In the back of my mouth, there is this weird shaped area of gum, that whenever I touch it with food, or my tongue, Its like someone stabbed me in the mouth, it hurts that bad.

I don't think its a wisdom tooth, they don't come until much later.. If it is another one, I thought I was done with that.

Or should I go to the dentist. /shudder.

salt and water usually helps... use it like mouthwash... =) Makes your gum stronger.

Pain in your mouth is the worst you can get. imo.

yea, if its at the back of your gums, like behind your teeth, its broken gum, most probally a wisdom tooth.
I have 4 of them and they hurt like hell at first...and for more after that !!
Rufl, also use salt and water...if you want your gums to fucking sting so much you take out all your teeth, otherwise don't .

..or,in addition, come back here, if pain persists, ill direct you through some painless..ish techniques to wrench out them wisdom teeth.

I havn't been to the dentist nigh on seven years, last time the dentist tells ME i need braces.

Why would you want that? I got wisdom teeth. They hurt when they are coming up, or however you say it in English, but that's logical, after that - I don't feel a thing.

When your wisdom teef come through, they'll be so fucking painful you won't be able to move your jaw. (I've broken 7 bones, and wisdom teef coming through your jaw are pretty much the worst bone-feeling pain ever)

Mum sez that when hers came through, it didn't hurt that much. So I am praying to all 123 gods that it doesn't hurt too much.

well im 20 and no wisdom teeth problems so far. My mate who is 4 days older had to have his removed. He told me the bleeding was so bad and sudden that the doctors seemed to panic, then they sewed a sponge in his gum. There were worries that he might start bleeding in the army suddenly, and that doesnt really stop that easily, but seems like it healed in time.

my wisdom teeth came through fine

Except one seems to have deteriorated a lot since i cant reach the fucker with my brush

No, it corrodes your teeth because it is acidic. It disinfects mouth alsors.
