Admin Mutator

Ok this is just an idea for a Mutator, I cannot make it because I'm not such a good modder.

The idea is to make a Mutator that makes all people who log in as admin incapable of carrying weapons or using them.

Thing is, I can probably do till that point, but I think the problem will be this:

*Person logs in as admin, and cant carry/use weapons anymore. - good.
*Person turns on god, still cant carry/use weapons. - good.
*Person logs out of admin and can carry/use weapons again, while god is still on... - Bad.

If anyone can make a good mutator with this it would be great :] I want to use it for my server (as soon as I got my own pc back) because some people I give admin to like to abuse...
