I just finished making a mod pack to celebrate the new year :D

It's kinda n00by, but see for yourself. (I made a 100% idiot proof readme, just cuz i got bored... lol.) You have the modpack, and a map with the mods in. Just so ya know, the switch operates a noise, and the switch only works when you have the card. And the phone thing isnt programmed to do anything. Also, he robot WILL nail you in a coffin if you dont kill it fast, due to the cool rapid fire robot weapon i made :P. Have fun :D

Um, thanks for what? if you mean the mod, it's public release material, Anyone can use it so long as leave credit in the maps it's used in for me or something :P Just a little "101Mod by Allan" will do :)

Update: New version of Special Rocket installed. it now does every type of HUD displayable damage. (Poison,Heat,Electric,Oxygen,Radiation and EMP!)

Also, a demo is supplied of me testing some of the kit out.

Isn't there already a 101 mod.?
Plus post a new read me with the summon codes cos i CBA to de-compile it.

I havent a clue, but if there is, i've never heard of it :S

And for your summon stuff:

All items need to have 101MOD before them, as with any mod summon.

UberRifle
NVGun
NVAmmo
NVBolt(Useless against humans, temp. disables robots)
EMPGas
SpecialRocket
SpecialGepGun(Download latest .u file and this weapon is like a nuke!)
UltraSpray
HackPhone
AttAugShield(Vision enhancement and targeting goggles)
SuperBot(Useless in MP, hates you in SP, useful fighting against to improve technique.)
AmmoR3mm}------------ For Robots Only
WeaponRobotMinigun}-- For Robots Only

There is also 6 kinds of modified Invulin sphere ffects that do damage, but they have really long names, and i always forget them...

After testing, i found that the SpecialRocket, and SpecialGepGun are only SP Compatiable at the moment. Please dont use them in MP maps. Thankyoo :P

Update!!

Several new weapons added.

Some weapons are bugged, but i'm looking into fixing these.

Updates:

*New* Laser Pistol bug fixed!
*New* DX BioRifle Complete!
*New* BRifle blobs have own fragment class.
*New* Special Card readers added.

Known Bugs:

SuperRocket effect doesnt work in MP mode.
CardReaders need a name assigning to them.

Updates:

More weapons!
Better weapon effects for modded weapons!
More... Generally useless stuff!

As always, if you use this mod in your map/server, plz leave me credit :)

Edit: Blob issue is now fixed! (Credit: Main Man)

Wow, kiss of life for this topic :P

To run this mod in Deus Ex, you need to place 101MOD.u to your DX's system folder, then open DeusEx.ini . When in there, use CTRL+F to find ServerPackages, then add this line on at the end

Code: Select all
ServerPackages=101MOD


Then save the DeusEx.ini, and open up DeusEx :)

Then when you have a level/game open, use the summon codes to create stuff from the mod in the level :)

*Summon codes are up earlier in the topic, but updated list will be posted ASAP*
