No, that's the point in it. You can run SlimLine to get the DXMP version of DX without the requirement of having the CD.

nope, it's just an improved version of the first Slimeline( DX1) with more features

There's no improved version of first SlimLine with more features, yet.

You saw "DX2/DX2" because CSS style didn't load for some reason. Here's the working link to the archive, yet it doesn't contain SlimLine anymore

That's a glitch. Actually the script showed you the home page of the download archive (without styles, thats why everything is black and white there) because the file requested doesn't exist.

That means you have no problem there.
You may not register there. The few active users nochanc has, the less he things he is the boss.
He's just as important as he has users on his forum.
If you didn't register there yet, there is no need to do it now.
