haha the loading ramp...

this is my first ever DXMP map that got hosted (on altfire). Edited six months ago or more. I haven't done anything to it for the screenies, just to get a feel. I probably won't even use this map, some love it, but not all...

The 'Fire in the hole!' sound effect seems to cut in a bit late.

Prehaps it's just me though... :P

2. Show examples of your best mapping and best coding (not source)

3. Explain why you wish to join

4. Explain what you think you could contribute to the project, that we dont already have. In other words, explain how your joining would benefit the project, or why you in particular, should be chosen to join us.

5. List previous DX projects that you have worked. Give details of your experience in working in teams in DX.

please note this is a DXMP map, not a DXWW, and very old DXMP it is too...

As long as a map is playable, looks fairly good, and isn't all one texture, i'm not too fussed. Unless there's blatant errors like stairs that aren't attached to anything floating in mid-air. :P

Taking many months to make a map is a good thing, Sike did well, but Factory server was working to a deadline of making/editing 8 maps in 14 days, I doubt anyone could achieve that. Needless to say we are taking a little longer on WW2.

But you are dead right, and I'm gonna shove that dead cat up [ARM]'s posterior...simple and stupid error, which should have been tested. As soon as server is quiet that map is coming off, the clan are repeat voting their map anyway, it's getting tedious, even without the error.

That's a SDFKZ 221 "Hanomag" - from the Fuhrpark mod, which [A]lex kindly mentioned.

This mod has everything, from Star Wars, Babylon 5, Kon-Tiki raft, Vikings, Modern Day, Vietnam, even a B-52 bomber...
