What mod shows this when a player is joining the server

Player "NAME" is joining the server, LAG MAY OCCUR!

I know Nephthys does this, but it shows IPs, and doesn't say that there might be lag

I want it to say that there might be lag, and not show the player's IPs

It's nephthys, player's IP's are only shown to admins

Oh, I thought you were looking for the mod that said "NEW PLAYER DOWNLOADING, LAG MAY OCCUR" in Red writing, but can't remember what mod it was xD.
