Test was another success. Pretty much ready to go on my server
with the exception of the little tiny bugs with the weapons. But that
won't be a problem at all to fix :)

WHAT FireIceGame IS.
------------------------------

Basiclly a Team Deathmatch. It's Ice Dragons versus Dragons.

Can't pick up objects or weapons except medkits.

Each player class is assigned with their own natural weapon.

I'm Adding several features as I update it everyday.

Right now I have one map, but am making more, editing some to MP format. :)

Atrey, why would we as players spend our valuable time finding and joining your testing server to find out what the gamemode is? Perhaps if you told us what you are trying to do with the gamemode, we could provide more direct feedback.

I'm afraid the classes don't use human weapons :P

Dragons have Fire Breath and Ice Dragons have Ice crystal-like things, we
'll call it Ice Pellets.

Gishank: No no... they have regular animations, stop always trying to bring me down there.
It's just I had to make these with frozen bots to show the concept. No one was on the server.

Well I can't put my server up with it and show real screeshots of the mod in action because the website that hosts my server is down for maintainence. Poor was supposed to be on the last two nights but he didn't show up and he ususally hosts it too... So I'm dead in the water until I can get a server working.

To the forum tag 'problem': you're probably not adding in the all important /

Okay, so finally the concept is explained properly.

You're all greasels shooting fire or ice...

Animation tests are really needed. Download Hypercam (don't bother registering) and show us some actual animations...otherwise it's a terribad mod which anyone could have done in approximately 10 minutes.

And, seeing as it's class-based, where are the unique weapons? All I see are two weapons there...

he meant to say that ice dragons have ice "breath" and dragons had fire breath :)

I already have a server, but its under maintainance, (is that how you spell it), and also, I dont have an account, credit card, etc. I'm pretty sure thats how you pay for them....

"Maintenance". But like you said prior it is not your server, it is someone elses whom is hosting it for you. How can you not have a bank account, how old are you?

Old enough to get one, just don't have a job to get money.

Plus My server is not really MY server, it belongs to Brad of {mirk}, But he basiclly gave it
to me and he is paying for it.
