Followed the DXAG installation procedures, and I could host teh godamn thing.

Ok, if you cant host DX games, you need to port up your router
If you can, run this starter... install to system folder
After you have run it
Change your deus ex ini to have 0 skills, skill level 3, and no augs granted or given
