Ok, How about having like a ladder style vote on what people think is the best ever SP and then MP mod

So everyone on this topic suggest a SP/MP mod, with pros about why its good

And dont post some pile of crap with no real great implementation apart from "omg i changed dis gun to kill everything lozl"

Pros - Very imaginative mod which utilises different functions as secondary fire in completely weird and wonderful ways

Cons - A pure 100% code mod, and so other things like weapons models and sound effects are not original

If we get enough mods for both SP and MP we can have a voting tourny

Cons: Should possibly have some sort of objective and some form of team scoring.

Zodiac.

Pros: It was balanced between mapping and gameplay. Good fun, also some damn funny dialouge, as Masta mentioned

Cons: I found it was too short.

DXMP:

DXAG.

Pros: Good fun, when played on a small map.

Cons: Kinda gets crap when theres no teamwork involved. (Not the makers fault obviously).

im not really looking for nominations as such, just suggestions, as what mods should be in the ladder, so you dont need to nominate 1 of each, and even though i love it, you dont need to all mention DXAG rofl

SP Mod:

Der Zeit Mann, because up until now it's the only Singleplayer mod I've ever played.

Pros: Unknown (I only played it once and turned it off after getting killed by a commando rocket after about 4 minutes.)

Cons: The voices sound kinda muffled.

MP Mod:

Klop's mod "Guns".

Pros: A brilliant and well crafted mod full of original ideas.

Cons: It has no cons.

+: Very professionally made, clean and if it came out in the shops I would buy it.

-: Unfinished, (lack of enthusiasm from creators perhaps?)



Zodiac

+: Complete, decent plot, reasonable attention to detail aswell.

-: No voice acting, maybe a little rushed in order to define it as 'complete.'



Redsun 2020

+: Good mapping, and in particular the way the atmosphere and the mood are created. Also a decent plot, and the mod is fairly long, but it does not 'waft on' just to make it longer, either.

-: No voice acting, poor dialogue, and the coding lacked new items.


Hotel Carone

+: Phat mapping - very realistic, good attention to detail.

-: Plot was rather base, and there were few custom items.



Burden of 80 Proof

+: Funny, good light-hearted storyline.

-: "Schoolboy modding" - lacked detail and failed to create the desired atmosphere sometimes. Also, it was too short.
