TelNet.... i cant figure it out.

I AM BAFFLED!!! I want to use the telnet on my server, cause it looks quite handy. Im ok installing the TelNet, until it starts talking about joining my server on a specific port, then starting a telnet client, I dont have a clue. Does anyone know how to get the Frecking Thing working.
BTW, i know you do Kaiden, iv seen it on your server.

Not a clue, do i need an extra program to use the TelNet?

In case you talk about DXTelnetAdmin...
The release package contains a README. That is a text file, which is supposed to be READ.
As far as I remember, I explained in that readme, how to install and use it.

Indeed it does, I use this on my server, and I have had fun.. ( I even made [A]Nobody shoot SCLAWS helplessly )

It may be of benefit to you to use the telnet client used as an example in the readme supplied - Nobody made a direct link to the download page of the telnet client, that Dae has already told you.
As for the need for Telnet, you could just use the server console found in your system tray if the server is hosted locally, instead of Telnet altogether. If its hosted from another location, ensure that the hoster's ports are open for Telnet to get through.

Yeah but Telnet can do alot more..

Yea, that I just wanted to say too. 
With the DXTelnetAdmin you have much more possibilities, than on the server console, or as admin in DX.
