If the server crashes, it restarts server

Use WinRar to open it. It now opens the server with FunLine_BFC.
You must let the .bat stay open while you host. If you shut down the .bat, autorestart is shutdown aswell. If you want to shutdown the server, close the bat, and then close the server.

Doesn't it crash is you use it on a server without DXMapVote?

It's a simple serverstart up thingy. You still need to configure it.
