No, it's a hardware problem, the MX series of cards don't support pixel/vertex shaders, hence no IW, since it requires it. I personally upgraded to a Radeon 9600 SE to get it to run, and am quite happy with the results.

F*ckin IonStorm, why this creators couldn't make a good engine with all platforms as Karma, good requirements like in UT04? What for the modified Unreal Warfare? What for they used Havok instead of Karma?

Now we are busy mocking IS, why did they fuck up the DX storyline?
Why did they rape DX?Why did they turn the uber cool JC Denton to the gay Alex Denton?Why is there no water in any level?Why did they remove skills?Why remove Augmentations and change it into Bio Mods?This can go on for hours...
