Is there gonna be a MP in DX2? because if it doesnt im sure as hell not getting it!

I was talking to a friend of mine, David Wildgoose. Editor of PC PowerPlay. Warren Spector (head of Ion Storm) Has told him there is to be no MP in DX2 but very likly for a MP patch to come out like what happened with DX1.

Warren spector has sadi he will not include multiplayer in the "initial release" but as soon as it is released they shall be working on it.Pc will get mp XBOX will get co-op on XBOX LIVE.So thats what is happening.Mp was intially going to be included in the "intitial release" but warren spector said that i quote "DX 2 is going to have more put into it than the first due to this mp will not be included in the intial realease due to the problem of it watering down the game" so thats it their WILL be mp.
