And most likely you added something in editpackages= or serverpackages= that doesn't exist.

No, it's not.
It would make little difference unless you use UnrealEd alot and like to place modded weapons in your maps.

tantulas i have found the problem u need to edit but make a back up befor u do so cos' i might be wrong get a total new map first delet your old one and the effects file then download it again

i guess there is something that you don#t need on your drive anymore..
so deinstall not used programs or games and clean your drive with the clean utility of windows

The best thing to do is to uninstall programs via Control Panel (Install/Remove programs or w/e its called).
