The credit will go to the original authors, and the change its a virtual reality version :D , i don't declare it as my map but hey, a virtual reality version would be cool though :D

Ya, virtual reality. As if, somehow, we could have a program on a machine of some sort...and a screen could show us whats going on in the virtual world...and we had some tools to control our virtual selves from the real world. Like a game, played on video. A game...a video game. Man that would be the day.

You may edit it, but you may not publish, distribute or host it.
We have legal rights on the map.

You didn't know? You have rights on everything you make. The rights disappear 10 years after your death.

The 1886 Berne Convention first established recognition of copyrights among sovereign nations, rather than merely bilaterally. Under the Berne Convention, copyrights for creative works do not have to be asserted or declared, as they are automatically in force at creation: an author need not "register" or "apply for" a copyright in countries adhering to the Berne Convention. As soon as a work is "fixed", that is, written or recorded on some physical medium, its author is automatically entitled to all copyrights in the work, and to any derivative works unless and until the author explicitly disclaims them, or until the copyright expires.

The Berne Convention states that all works except photographic and cinematographic shall be copyrighted for at least 50 years after the author's death, but parties are free to provide longer terms

I didn't thought it is possible to copyright a map since you have to use Unreal SDK that is a pubilc tool

Anyway, how much do you spend to protect a map ?
