Team Spawnpoint Issue

Is there any way to make it so a team only uses spawnpoints for their team, not everyone?, or what teamnumbers do i assign to the playerstarts to make them UNATCO only, or NSF only?

(Sorry if this is a n00by question, it's just something i've never been able to nail down...)
