Unreal Tournament models converted for Deus Ex

Ive been trying to import UT models but i haven't a clue how to put them in without them becoming a jumbled mess. I know that Unreal mesh types are a little different from DX ones so they have to be ran through a converter called u2de3d, but i cant get the program to work.
Does anyone know if its it a compatibilty problem with windows 7 because when i try to run it all that happens is a Dos-like box flashs up for like a second then vanishes.
Any help would be appreciated as i really want the Redeemer!!! Haha
