And I do not have the patience to adjust my brush by tiny amounts, I would like someone to send me a .t3d file containing smuggler's 2 weapon racks :P

it would probably take longer to get the premade file than it would to intersect the brush

Nah, you would just grab all the brushes and copy them, then make a small room somewhere off map and move the weapon rack there. Then intersect the brushes and save the brush :) .
