Postby AgentSmyth » Sun Apr 24, 05 7:18 pm

I was wondering. On tack deus ex lab when you are a noobie mapper and it tells you to do the wolfs tutorial. It says something about torches on a map aka. fire. I would like to know if there is any way of getting fire onto a map, my sdk doesnt seem to have the TorchLight ability, Btw wer can i download Funline?

ok
make 2 criss-crossing (so they form a pretty + shape in the Z 2d view window) sheets, make them transparent and 2 sided. Then goto textures > effects and select a fire texture.

Voila a home-made dx torch.
