Importing textures...

Hey guys,

How would i make a wavy texture in UE1?

I Mean like alpha made a fire sword, how did they made the fire texture?

Well anyways i need to know how to make a wavy texture..

EDIT: That problem is fixed, i forgot how to import textures, So what was it?

Also i found tacks but dint find anything.. guess i dont search well :p

EDIT:- In uc files.. i mean im codding and i have made some new textures so... what do i do?

Didn't they just colour the DTS texture red?

No they just used the .. normal fire textures.. (textures from deusex.fireball)

Heh... sorry but i cant edit my post...

So yeah, its fixed,

And i need to know..

For example there is a DTS, and i want it that if anyone picks it up, There own player Textures changes..

Is it possible?

While we add the "funtion ScopeOn" or something,

What we will do so that if we press the ammo change key button then it will spawn any class?

I Want to do it with ammo change key button..

as for the Fire sword — it was made by Ded — most likely he took the original Dragon Tooth texture (by copying/pasting Effects.utx and deleting all the other textures from the new file) and changed one of the "palettes" from blue to red in the texture options.

I don't remember how is that "palette" variable exactly called, but you'll find it easily in the texture options.
