I wanted to know that can we customize the playing animation speed?

because I want my 30 frame animation to play 'slow'...


The animation plays too quick, it should play a bit slow, so... any solutions?

The RATE=<number> attachment at the end of animation sequences should solve that. You also need to do some math. For example, if you want an animation to play 1 second, and the number of frames in that sequence is 30, you put RATE=30.

So if you had 50 frames, and you put RATE=25, it would play in 2 seconds. So on and so forth.
