Im asking if I can use FLClothes and FLServersV3 on my map (DeathKnight_Chinatown)

If u grant my request I WILL give [A] credit and include the clan in my readme, Im not done with the map yet but its almost done

if they dont relpy, just use it, and say the gods told you to

You need permission from the author of the mod. But I am not sure who actually made them

then i guess ill take alexdentons advice and just use it
