Yeah man when i try to add or evne play the music in UnrealEd it just wont work...at first i thought u couldnt just play the music in UnrealEd
so I tryed to just add one that sounded kool then play the map and see if that work but i still cant hear any music...and dont say mayb ur music is off in the settings cuz its not i checked that already....theres something wack here and i need help cuz a map aint to good without music.....is there anyone that an help me?

G'day mate, I have a problem and I hope you can help me.
When ever I try to add or even play the music in UnrealEd, it just wont work.

At first I thought you could just play the music in UnrealEd, so I tried to just add one that sounded good to the map, then play it and see if that worked, but alas it is still not working.

And don't say I've turned my music off in the settings, because it is not, I checked it.
There is something not right here and I need your godly help because in general a map isn't good without music.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

make sure that the music file in question is a .umx music file

and it also must fit certain parameters which the engine can understand

otherwise, the music wont play under DX or Unreal

And if it isn't a .umx, you have to convert it, not just rename the file extension.

however... the DX engine doesnt accept all types of .umx...

they gotta fit certain paramters as i said

Smaller, and it is instead of .umx

Also, it is open source. Always good.
