DeCaching? How To DeCache A .UXX File?

I heard that you can decache the stuff u download from other people's servers...
How do you do it?
I had an idea of just changing the extension, but that didnt seem to work..
Can anyone tell me?

Go to My Documents, then Tools option, then Folder Options, then go to View tab, then scroll down to "Hide Extensions for known file types". Uncheck that, and now you can rename the file extension by just right clicking and rename.

Sir i'm not sure noobs can decache Bowen's mod, to make is compilable, and compile it again. I'm not an expert, but the only person who could do this is Nobody.
