New Map Idea....but I need help!

OK i have this idea for a map (btw stop me if its already been done).
Its based around a powerplant, however terrorists have got in and caused a meltdown (the terroists being the NFS) and the army (UNATCO) have to stop the meltdown. I just need to know how to do a few things to make it a real as possible.
Could you please tell me how to:

1. Get a Countdown timer
2. Can you make certain team members appear at a certain place set by you

Also...do projectile generators work in DXMP?

Projectile generators work, i can know :P once crashed my server with it... or was it 2 times? A heck, bout 15 times i crashed my server with it... laws no good... if you summon 500 projectilegenerators...

well thats good, you see i was going to base it on the idea that if unatco didnt reach the goal in time a lam would explode in each room.

I use projectilegenerators for crashing servers. First lams, then gas, then emp, then wp rockets.

Why wp? law is much more effective... and also he cannisters.

With WP you also have the aftereffect of white phospherous coming out after impact.

The point is the server crashes...
Besides, the lams, gas and emp make up for that ;p
