How do you rotate an actor on the 3D map???
I can't find my deusex.ini file for making datacubes, its not in my system folder.

I havent used UnrealED for a while but I think you hold CTRL+LMOUSE and move the mouse

I tried that and that just makes them move back and forth or side to side
I cant rotate

You have 4 windows, one is 3d, the other 2 2d, the one above the 3d one, is an window which shows the map from above (Map Overhead), use that window, and use Ctrl+Right Mouse button.

Thanks I'll do that. But do you know where my deusex.ini is I cant find it in my system folder

C:\DeusEx\System
It's in there....its the only notepad document named DeusEx

I opened up the deusex in notepad but it dosent have a EditPackages bit for making packages it looks like a bunch of log files

You opened deusex.log and not deusex.ini
I recommend you enabling extensions in Windows.
