Wow, you're cheap. Do you even know how to import them into DX, or do you just want them for fun?

google Clan of Dead Goat.

I don't know any modelling archives for Deus Ex except this one:
http://www.planetdeusex.com/endemia/

If you really want to learn modelling (or at least how to work with them) you have to learn MilkShape3D
http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/

More about adding custom meshes here:
http://www.planetdeusex.com/tack/HowToA ... eshes.html

Sources of obtaining models for you mod:
0. Ask other mod (like Cassandra, Redsun, Zodiac and etc) authors for permissions and grab models from there.
1. Grab models from other games (you can find a lot of plugins for conversion on MS3D page) - most of mods do that a lot.
2. Grab models from model archives. There is a lot of in the internet. Google is your friend in this case.
3. Make your own model. Yes, it is not easy.

Hope that helps.

Although Milkshape 3D isn't a very good tool for modeling and importing in DX, mind you it's low polygon model design. I would recommend 3dsmax 7.

Oh, and if you're thinking about importing a CS weapon, good luck, it's hard as hell and the results come out frustrating.

Yea, 3DSMAX was and is and probably will be a leader in 3D designing software.

But does it contain a built in feature of exporting to Unreal format? I just don't know.

And its quite hard to learn (but there's a lot of docs and tutorials) and its not free. I still haven't managed to crack it properly :)

It contains a .3ds to Deus Ex format converting, I just haven't found it yet. I think you need to download it. As for cracks, I'm still trying to crack it!

well thanx for the advice on making my own ones but I'm still just an amature mapper. I've got the hand of conversations and stuff but I think I'll stick to asking other people for modles or skins :)

Then you're considered a ripper, not a modeler.

Tack doesn't work exactly, it is a HTML format page but if you follow the instructions and learn the commands in depth you will be fine.
