How do I make a conversation

Hi when I do a conversation and play my map on Unrealed the log window say that it can find Mission70
I have done everything they say at planetdeusex

Can someone plz help me

Where to put the files an so and the thing with Ms-dos

If you're still around here's what to do:
In your LevelInfo go to levelinfo and type the name of your pkg, and number of your mission eg 70
then in your Mypkgfolder under class find your importconv.uc file make shure it is written something like: importconv... conversations: mission70.con
then when you make a converstion save it in yourMypk/conversasion folder as mission70.con
then ucc make an you should have 3 files mypkg.u mypkgaudio.u and mypkgtext.u

PS in level info dont type MyPKG.u just Mypkg

That is exactly like they say you should do on www.planetdeusex.com/tack and that is exactly what I did but I dont get any files that is named mypkgaudio.u or something like that I dont get anything.

In mypk folder there is classes and conversation folders. in classes there is ImportConversation.uc and in the conversation folder there is Mission70.con

I ucc make and get ONE file in the system folder and its called mypk.u
that is all i get

are the files in mypkg folder text or uc files?in windows if you just add .uc the file will be still a text file if hide extentions is enabled!!!
and when you are in conv edit when you start a new conv file, in properties rebember to put the mission number.

I have done everything like that and its spelled like importconversation.uc not importconversation.txt.uc or something so what the fuck is the damn problem. I add weapons a start text and so on so there is nothing wrong with the package. I delete the mypkg.u file in the system folder before I ucc make
I can try and send my map and the package and you can look at it.
Remember that I am swedish so if you find some crasy name its in Swedish

Im just going to send it here so more ppl can check and find out what I did wrong

Here is the map and the whole package.

PLZ the conversation problem is the only thing holding me back to do great maps

Remember that the map is just a test map so dont laugh at it :)

err, you don't need convos in MP so why not do maps for MP?

here: i also modified the map: the levelinfo thing so that the conv work:
open your map in ued and see levelinfo for understanding what was wrong
AND AND AND the Lasse folder the folder is conversations not conversation !!!!!!
AND in importconverstion type this not what was typed

class ImportConversations expands Object
abstract;

// Import conversations
#exec CONVERSATION IMPORT FILE="Conversations\Mission70.Con"

Thank you so much I can now make conversations I think... Lets see if I can make another one :)

SO the problem was that I should erase

just copy paste what I have written, and don't forget the name of the folder where are your conversations is called conversations in plural!!!
Another thing the map need to end as .dx not .unr!!! And for the conversation work edit your DeusExLevelInfo, the one with the ? mark...

Yea I know I have created a working conversation but there is a problem...

I want to change someting in my conversation or conversations. I added 3 conversations and saved it in one file but when I opend it only one conversation was saved but in the game all 3 worked???

How do I "remake" or change a conversation after I created it???

reopen the Mission70.con file with con edit >file>> open.
double click or right click>edit the text wich you want to edit then click on update to save it..

Thx that helped me all I have to do is to make the mapping and some coding then the final check through the map and then I can send it and the package here and you can judge it.
