[Solved @ Mr. X / Bob] UT Maps

Ive tryed to export a UT map to dx by deleting all the classes movers etc and replaced everything with a texture i have in dx too but wen i load dx editor an load the map it dosent show up, does ut use different brushes or somthing or is it impossible to export maps from ut?

i havent got a clue ... Any help here plz?!?

UT maps always have special UT-Only engine parts in it, just open the UT map with sdk from UT, press Export Map, then use the SDK van DX and press Import map, then the brushes are imported, but they don't have the textures.

Ok, a better explanation:
You have Unreal Editor, official editor of Unreal Tournament right?
Open the map you want to have for Deus Ex with the UT editor.
Then, go to the menu 'File' and press on the 'Export...' key.
After you exported the map, open the Deus Ex Editor.
Go to the menu 'File' and press on the 'Import Level' key, and select the file that just been made because of the exporting.

Does the file vanish, or it just wont import the map?

ok nvm i saved it in ut
ive sorted it all out but now wen i try do anything with the new brushes here when i click the button that hollows out stuff or the fill 1 noting happens,
apart fro movers and classes

ok usualy the brushes from the export dont show up on viewport....
when they do when i click a button to do nefin with em they vanish but the classes are still there!>? :smt076

Press F8 and rebuild it.
