Help me make a new map...

I am trying to make a map where it is more relaiant on teams than the individual....sort of a stealth mission, but I need to know a few things...

Is it possible to give someone "objectives" Like you know, destroy the base or something and then they are rewarded with an aug or something???

Is it possible to set an event that will end the game... so that if someone completes the final objective the game ends...

That is all the problems i have run into so far..can anyone help me?? :roll:

That would most likely recquire a new gametype, and if it doesn't then it will most likely work poorly.

Yes, i think this is not hard to do. The simplest way is to create an object which after being frobbed or destroyed would encourage a person with some bonus. The simpliest way to indicate objectives is to place them on walls - textures or maybe you could make a HUD addition, but this is harder.

This will require a new gametype... Yea, its possible, but harder :) Have a look at CTF mod.

i was thinking u see these then could be used with the arc genus mod (did i spell it rite?)
then it would add a whole new diemension to deus ex...

Almost mate, Arx Genus xD

And yeah, CTF and other things WILL be added to, (objective based, domination, UT style types, as well as just plain Team Deathmatch)

Yeah dude, hopefully when DXAG is fully sorted after so many new updates I might also do an SP spinoff story, rofl, ive already thought of the idea, and it will relate loosely to the DX story!

Co-Op is probably the hardest thing to achieve in DX

When someone can show me a decent way of achieving it, ill eat my own liver, with some beans and a nice bottle of cianti
