Does anybody know how to animate things like NPC's and weapons please help.

Conv edit isnt that to do with conversations thats what i thought anyway ill try it anybody got any other tips or advice or actualy tell me how to do it!

noo like making them do movements like when running or walking and fighting (or running around on fire)

Btw, he means animate the mesh using MS3d, not UnrealEd, I think =)

Well its not done yet though Ill give guys some creenshots when its done well anyway the animation i found easy its the coding im worried about.
