Deus Ex Alpha

I'm making a new gametype and playerpawn. But I don't want somthing that lags and can have set commands used, along with other things. So, a while ago I heard of somthing that lets me extend MTL classes, if somebody could point out where to get it, that'd be great.

Nothing special, just a new playerpawn so it can have some extra variables. And it could be handy in future...

Now, can someone point me in the right direction?
