Customization question

When someone hex edits the maps so that it's not downloadable, all it says ingame is that the map is not downloadable. Is there a way to customize that message?

Not sure if this will work, but in your system folder open the file Engine.int and change what comes after NoDownload=. Then save.

I think that would only work for the client, it wouldn't affect them unless I told them to change their engine.int file. but I'll try it.
