I've seen an article about that monitor. The resolution of it in Y-axis is only about 900 pixels. Sounds like a bad joke, just like the price of 7000€...

Theres nothing like 'mastering fov 120'. It might help you out now and then if you're too lazy/slow to look around now and then, but apart from that it only ruins the game visually.

You can see more around you and that certainly is good.

Your vision is still limited though, you still can't see people behind you.

I just spin around now and then, makes you see everything around you, including people behind you. (high sensitivity makes it easy, it's not like i gotta lift my mouse 20 times to spin around)

Visually the game looks already bad enough.

And FOV120 makes it even worse.

I just doubt FOV 120 helps you much in the end, but perhaps you already have grown accustomed to the view. I just hope you can still enjoy other games without 120 FOV.
